Local court authorities can issue arrest warrants on US government officials for their wrongdoings. Sheriff Arpaio can pass on proof and evidence to other local jurisdiction for OBot prosecution. We could see Obama or his OBots cannot go to the state of Arizona because of an active warrant for their arrest or in other states. The Liburul press would be hard pressed not to ignore it. If Sheriff Arpaio has evidence of a crime having been committed in Maricopa County, the County Attorney has assured the Cold Case Posse that he will investigate any alleged crime committed in his jurisdiction.
I’m sure that you are correct that Sheriff Arpaio will turn over any evidence of crimes committed in other jurisdictions to the prosecuting attorneys for those jurisdictions. However federal crimes are prosecuted by U.S. Justice Department employees, either one of the 93 U.S. Attorneys or by D.O.J. prosecutors.
