Pelosi signed the certificate of nomination that notified Arizona that Obama had won the Democratic nomination, and that he was an NBC.
Obama needed to sign a document to get on the Democratic primary in Arizona. And on that document he was required to swear that he was a NBC. If Obama is not a NBC, then he is guilty of perjury in the state of Arizona.
