Team Arpaio: Major Media Heavily Involved In Sheriff Joe's Obama Criminal Investigation

Carl Gallups @ 0:10: I talked with Mike Zullo yesterday and he assures me...that major media is heavily involved...they are involved in this criminal case for certain...and will be released very soon. It was good to get confirmation of the names of the people involved in the media...big, big, big names.

This is going to be huge. So this is not going to go unnoticed. It is not going to go unreported like the last couple of conferences that Sheriff Arpaio did on the birth certificate where major media knew about it and showed up but would not report it. But now they're coming to Arpaio and Zullo. They know what's going on. They know some of it. They know bits and pieces of it and they're chomping at the bit and making their promises and lining up the ducks.

We don't have a date in March but they're still shooting for a late March conference and release of the criminal investigation and information...of the Universe Shattering information. The date of late March is still fluid. Don't panic!...Just hang on.

Now that major media is involved they're gonna want to time it with other events. They're gonna want to do some film footage and some interviews. The hard copy information that they have of this criminal activity that they have traced to the White House continues to pour in...continues to mount and so they're still in this huge investigation process...

The Alabama Supreme Court could conceivably take away Alabama’s Electoral votes from Obama except Mitt Romney won Alabama’s electoral votes.

Yeah so, but we'll take complete repudiation (Ha) of the fraud we call Obama by the Alabama Supreme Court. Judge Moore's court could strike from the record that Obama was ever a presidential candidate in 2008 or in 2012 for the state of Alabama. So whoever came in third in 2008 and 2012 could become the runner up for those years. Heh.

I didn't notice the word supreme anywhere in this post. So, I'm thinking (correctly so) that any lower court decision means squat!

Excellent point that Obama personally signed a legal document claiming to be a NBC. If he is not, he could be in deep doodoo.

State court decisions stand as the law of the state unless and until they are reversed by a state appellate court, a state Supreme Court; by a U.S. Appellate Court or by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Nineteen Obama eligibility appeals have reached the U.S. Supreme Court. None of them were able to get the required four votes from Supreme Court Justices in order to be heard by the full Supreme Court. Therefore the lower courts’ rulings stand.
Obama is in no trouble in Arizona because five years after he signed stating that he was a natural born citizen, an Arizona court ruled that he is indeed a natural born citizen. That decision was not appealed.
Eighteen other courts have also ruled that Obama qualifies as a natural born citizen. No court has ever ruled otherwise.

IIRC, if a court has reason to believe that a crime has been committed, they are obligated to make a referral in certain circumstances. Perhaps there is something in Zullo’s sealed affidavit which caused them to go to a US Attorney who could them empanel a grand jury (IANAL and it is late!)

Yes we and the good judge don’t want any premature adjudication for the OBots while their is an active case, especially when the evidence is still flowing in...known as the Ripeness Doctrine. So the case is on simmer.

Obama defeated McCain by 365 to 173 or by 192 electoral votes. Obama defeated Romney by 332 to 206 or by 126 electoral votes. The state of Alabama has 9 electoral votes.
State electoral votes are “winner take all.” There is no such thing as a “runner up” in the Electoral College in Alabama; however two states proportion their electoral votes by congressional district: Maine and Nebraska.
