Louis Farrakhan has been preaching the separation of blacks and whites along racial lines (and presumably Latinos, Asians, and other ethnic groups). I propose that we give blacks the following cities — NYC; Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; Wilmington, DE; Atlanta, GA; Detroit, MI; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC. All blacks will be relocated to these cities. Whites and other races will be moved out. These cities will become independent entities within their former states. They will receive NO taxes, subsidies, or other monies from their former states — they with be self-supporting, self-governing, and self-sustaining city-states. All state monies that used to be directed to these city-states will be reallocated to counties and municipalities OUTSIDE these city states. How long will it take for the parasites in these new city-states to kill their host?
