Really?
Are the Insurance Companies legally empowered to commit physicians to State servitude without their consent?
Since when?

In California a doc signing a contract with one insurance company may unknowingly give that insurance company the right to sell that agreement to other companies. Not unusual for a patient to walk into your office saying you are a participating doc and pull out the roster with your name on it much to the dismay of you and your office manager.

BTW my signature was forged on one of the new California Medicaid insurers. Having a heck of a time getting my name off the roster and no progress with that insurer regarding the forgery.

Since Judges started telling Christians they had to make cakes and host weddings for homosexual couples.
