I'm thinking of starting to say I'm an out of work transgender, gay, illegal, Muslim just to avoid the persecution of being a principled, straight, white, Christian, married, working guy.
That's not entirely satire either - I do feel persecuted by the very types of people who claim to celebrate diversity and promote tolerance.
