That's a little backwards...We are to love God and love our neighbor...If we do that (fully) we will have fulfilled the law...

And how do you know HOW to do that (pssst! It's in the Torah).

But Jesus fulfilled the law for us so that we are counted as having fulfilled the law...We are under no bondage...
