I’ve wondered why “Roman” spent so many years at the Patrice Lumumba Friendship U. Was he shunted there to keep him out of the way so that his name could be usurped, and he wouldn’t complain about it? Almost 10 years is a long time to “study” at a commie training university.
I guess he couldn’t go back home to Kenya, not after 1992, but I think that’s him who showed up in Accra Ghana working for the Consul of Equatorial Guinea.
It does certainly seem a long time to be a student. Perhaps he wasn’t just studying law? I guess Putin would know, but he’s not going to tell us, is he?
