Never heard of Ann before, but I just watched the first 4 segments of her lectures on the economy. A very interesting person. She seems a bit self-destructive in her personal life - shutting down her business, refusing to pay income tax, etc., but she seems very intelligent and articulate, and makes a very clear presentation of basic economic and banking facts. Nothing she said contracted anything that I know, but I admit I only have a basic knowledge of accounting practices.
Not really self-destructive. Rather, rock solid integrity. She closed her business after MF Global stole all the clients money. The courts said, “That’s fine”. She knew she would be putting her customers in undue risk.....and closed.
