I’ll bet a lot of that Tarp and son of Tarp money, along with the nice non-compete crony contracts for O’Barrycare, were paybacks for some of that “campaign money”. I read that approx 1/3 of the 600 million bucks was the 5 buck kind. Non-reportable, from out of the country, and on those pre-paid credit cards.
And the prepaid credit cards could not be traced because they were paid for in cash from certain banks who needed favors.
