Started in the late 70's with kenpo under Jay T. Will (RIP) to nidan level, in 90's I fell into northern tiger, was hooked, and now I practice for feeling healthy, alert and limber, primarily.

Thanks for the links! I need to read about Kenpo. My sifu was southern and his style was tiger-crane hybrid. He also practiced traditional Chinese medicine and "fixed" us when we were sick or accidentally trashed ourselves. The tiger link was beautiful!
