I started to reply to this but my Interwebs went Walkabout for 20 minutes or so, so I lost the post.
Must not have been too important because I don’t recall what I said. Except that I broke a toe sometime yesterday or Monday, running around barefoot. I didn’t realize it was broken until it began to spasm, and when I looked it was all purple and swollen. And I said, “No wonder it hurts!” (DOH!)
Today is the day my aide is supposed to come and she hasn’t called, which they are supposed to do before coming. The office doesn’t open until 0800 and she’s supposed to be here at 0700, so I’m not too sure about her integrity. Not a good sign to me.
I’m having some problems this morning, anyway.
My Kindle died. Redhead sent it to me right after I moved in here, and it has been a life-saver, when I had read everything of interest in the community room. Some things are just not worth picking up, like trashy novels that all read the same.
Maybe it will recover. Sorry about the toe! I have a tendency to walk my feet into stuff. I usually wear shoes even in the summer.
I sent you a Little Something yesterday.
Ah, here’s the first shift (Tom and Elen) returned from Mass in time for Bill to leave for school.
Sorry to hear you toetalled your foot...
