What does “on form” or “has form” mean? I think it is “has a record” or “has a sheet,” meaning arrests for crimes of one form or another.

And another term is “woodentop.” (Or maybe it’s “woodenhead?”)

Oh! Sorry! Hi, Moosie! Got Spring, yet?

Wouldn’t “woodenhead” mean something like Bill, “How has he survived this long?” DP calls that “Nimrod,” quoting Don Johnson as “Nash Bridges.”

Hi ‘Face,

“On form”
performing precisely to type, or to personal traits.

“Has form”
This is mainly a ‘rap sheet’ /criminal record.
It can also mean ‘to have class in your actions’. (rare)

Spring, we haven’t had winter yet.
The Spring flowers are coming out, so guess Winter has given up and headed South. :)
You?

Missed “Woodentop”.
Copper, plod, filth, fuzz, rozzers, Police.

It is a specific reference to the tall helmets.
