After multiple orthopedic and neurosurgeries and close to two years of physical therapy, the MDs and PTs told me late last October that there's no more they can do for my shoulder or hand. They've never addressed my neck and at this point I see no reason to do so.
My personal goal for the year is to regain use of my left hand against all medical opinion . . . and, I guess, to keep divesting myself slowly of a 40-year collection of guitars.
