The two doors in the house are hollow-core, and I doubt very much if they will hold the weight of the mirror. The front door is steel, so that’s no good.
*sigh*
Totally mesmerizing!

I need to go to Walmart as well. Frank did not wet the bed again, but he did throw up this morning, so I’m not going to Weight Watchers. I also have to go to the jewelry store for a watch battery, but that will have to wait until Whenever. Maybe Friday.
If one of those hollow-core doors is a closet door, hang the mirror on the inside of it. Use hollow-wall anchors for the attachment.
One is a bathroom door, the other is the bedroom door. I may be able to find some hook apparatus to hang over the top of the door and hang the mirror from it, but it will take some thought and some searching.
The only other door is the one to the linen/water heater closet, and it has a 12” X 12” louvered vent in it, head high. If it were lower on the door, I could hang the mirror there, but I think if I covered the vent, I would not be popular with management!
I’m sorry to hear about Frank. It’s so hard on kids when they are sick. Moms know what to do, but kids get confused by it all.
I hope he recovers soon. (And I hope you make it to WW next week!)
I’m off to Walmart. See you when I get back!
I think it’s just post-nasal drip: several of us have a bit of a cold. He says he’s feeling better now, but I still don’t want to leave him right now.
I have returned!
No Milk Thistle again. They are mostly out of it, but though it is available at iherb.com, where I get the rest of my meds, it’s more expensive for smaller doses. *sigh*
But I’m done now until 0900 when I go put gas in the truck and go to the jewelry store. I don’t know how much I will get done this morning, but it looks like I will need to have some Ibuprofen before I get anything else accomplished.
I haven’t. I have of course been to the Grand Canyon many times before I lived here. And Sedona is one of the most beautiful places in the world coming in at dusk from west to east. Also have been to John McCain’s compound the first year I was here. That was my first demonstration in my life.
It was also the year I learned I could not wear makeup in the desert. I was with another female Freeper, and asked her what kind of makeup to wear. She told me “none.” The sand grits into your skin. You have to wear mink eyelashes, if you so desire. Everything else melts off. It was about 105 degrees that day with wind. It was a great day. Saw Daschaul (am I remembering his name correctly?) taking off in McCain’s SUV. Learned a lot about politics with Cyber.
I was involved in local politics in So. Cal., so I sort of understood the junk that goes on.
I’m out to dig more asparagus holes because my FOX Business Channel has Maria someone taking Varney’s place. Can’t stand her. She is from another liberal cable channel. She has movie stars on a business channel. Go figure.
Please, DC! I just had breakfast! (Such as it was...)
LOL!
Hehhe...
I have a server that isn’t playing nice so I’m trying to find ways to keep my brain from strangling itself...
I had a cold last week. Just took Robitussin DM, and it was gone in three days. We had a plumber here on Monday who said he only had allergies. I think he had a cold. I actually cancelled my physical therapy on Friday, just in case. You never want to expose a person post surgery to a cold or flu.
Had physical therapy on Monday. Rich, my physical therapist, was talking to a relative of his who has to have his shoulder replaced. His relative is in Ohio. I swear I have the best surgeon around. My broken wrist that had to have a plate and eight screws does not even have a scar. And my shoulder is within an inch of being better. It’s great having tremendous doctors.
Cyber was the greatest of all. Don’t let him fool you.
Boy, do I know how that is! LOL! Are you still working for the school district?
Cyber is a sly dog, but you managed to get the cream of the crop with that guy. Hang onto him!
Yeah... For now. Depends on if I can get this server back up and running... ;-)
I’m about ready to set fire to the damn thing.
I know how setting fire to things works, because I’ve felt the urge, myself!
BS. Just ask my ex-wife and ex-son, they’ll fill you in.
Met him on FR. Our 13th Anniversary is Flag Day. We got married on that day on purpose. I’m more into business, whereas he is more into politics. It was a great merger of minds and other stuff, if you know what I mean.
We show appreciation to each other every day of the year.
We were just talking the other day about his retirement. I’m already retired. What do you think about us buying a river or paddle boat as a second home, and taking it up and down the Mississippi River? I was born a half mile from that river. We could be in Minnesota in the summer and bring her on down to Florida in the winter. My Freeper name is Slip 18 after some books I read by John MacDonald whose main character was Travis McGee. His boat was docked in Ft. Lauderdale at Slip F-18. I took the F out for my own reasons.
