The left, meanwhile, get even stauncher in their views and their base worships them. Obama probably didn't consider going to Margaret Thatcher's funeral for one second. And I'm sure it won him admiration among dems.
This was a mistake by Cruz on all fronts. And it makes me sad to think he just may be there for sincere reasons. I'm sure he'll have some extensive statement when he realizes the damage he's done. I'll reserve judgment until I hear it.
One of them is that people, as demonstrated on this thread, throw them under the bus for the most stupid reasons possible when they should know better.
