Many upper level officers are just like this guy. They will follow orders, no matter what those orders are.

I have been telling people this for years. Few here want to believe me, but if the FedGov told the US Military to go kill US civilians, a large majority will say “Yes Sir!” and do so.

There's a logistics problem with that. Armed deer hunters outnumber our military more than 20:1.

And if you think about it, all the military might the west could bring to bear didn't make that much difference in Afghanistan. The savages over there are still armed to the teeth.

As for upper level officers, I’m sure many here in FR are aware that Obama has been purging the upper levels to replace with his preferred officers. Scary stuff.

At this sentence I stopped reading.

When obama gets his third term, this guy could end up being Chairman of the JCS.
