New signups do not have access to FR mail, and their posts are reviewed before being posted.
Modding is a bit slow during holidays as mods, being close to human, celebrate Thanksgiving the same as other members do. ;>)
We like to give new members a chance to prove themselves, posting with HTML is one of the things we expect from bloggers as well as news forum posters.
