It is my belief that the focus on their investigation will center on Barry's defrauding of the gubbamint to obtain student assistance and or special student status.

This would well explain the reason for sealing college/passport records.

I agree with another poster however, if CCP had refutable evidence of a crime, they'd turn it over to the states atty general and convene a grand jury.
