I think chicken nuggets are mostly “parts”, a as in Vienna sausages/Potted Meat. Just bigger chunks of “parts”.

But homemade chicken nuggets can either be ground meat (yes I grind my own) OR it can be deboned cut into chunks chicken.... so I don’t need parts is parts and pieces is pieces stuff ;)

and yeah I make my own potted meats too... some things just taste good and I don’t mind making them
