I met a Seal Team 6 member that had 9 Purple hearts. I have more respect for him than anyone in government and much more than all the occupants of the white house. I will wear what they can’t in his honor.
My dad said that in WW2, if you got 3 purple hearts (I believe that is a silver cluster on your PH), you were honorably discharged. A lot of men would not report injuries that could be patched up on the field because they were so committed to America.
Then came along the John F’n Kerry types who were doing their best to get out the military, reporting getting hit in the ass with rice.
