I was just at DIA this past weekend... and oddly, this past weekend I found myself eyeballing that very same mural. I was particularly looking at the penguin under glass, and the quetzal (national bird of Guatemala).
One very notable thing mentioned by the Hertz shuttle driver... was how she specifically pointed out the construction with the Light Rail extension... but really weird was how she was quoting how many thousands of cubic yards of material was excavated and removed from the site for this project. Only reason for removal from site is if something HUGH is going there... poor civil site work has unbalanced cut/fill quantities.
Perhaps there is more going on that what even this author writes of?
oh yeah. this has been running around for awhile. Did Alex Jones mention it recently or maybe one of the other late night sci-fi shows
sci-fi shows? Tell me where to listen.
What happened then was BAE was so proud of their new system that they called a press conference to show it off. At the live demonstration, several bags got crushed in the machinery and destroyed on camera and that was the story that made the news. I happen to know one of the programmers that designed the system.
you know coast to coast and art bell’s dark matters.... those kind of shows
God those pictures are awful. Guy thought he was Diego Rivera. Not. And definitely not worth $100,000.
There was a pile of huge limestone rocks on the south end the last time I was there 10 years ago. They got to be deep to hit rock in that area.
I heard Art Bell was back on some radio station. I always thought he was a creep.
I listen to Coast to Coast sometimes. Peter Schiff was very informative recently. Coast to Coast has some good guests.
I remember when it opened there was a cartoon with a long line of men with sledge hammers smashing luggage on a conveyor belt as it passed by. The caption read that the automatic baggage mangling machine at the new Denver Airport had broken down and the job had to be done manually, as before.
I think the gargoyle coming out of the suitcase is kind of clever. The other art is flat out bad. I want to know what is the deal with that mountain they are building to the West of the airport.
No underground bunker. Those are landing instructions for aliens.
The rest of the article is quite interesting but that statement is way off base. I lived about a 1/2 mile from Stapleton from 1960 - 1979 and knew it well. It was way outdated, a source of noise and congestion to nearby neighborhoods and a danger to them. There was little room to expand and not worth the money to upgrade it.
Thanks. I learn something new every day here.
See my post no. 43. The programmer said that there is a huge automated luggage delivery system under DIA, with terminals and controllers and whatnot. He said it is like the Doors scene in Monsters Inc.
Weird. One of the things I didn’t like about the Notre Dame campus was all those gargoyles staring down at you from the tops of the buildings. :)
EU headquarters building, Brussels:
Iconic painting of the Tower of Babel:
I can't dismiss this as coincidence.
Comet Eliten didn’t pass within 22 miles of earth.
It was 22 million miles from earth according to the link.
lol
22... 22 million....
what difference does it make?
heh
Not to mention that they had two runways actually crossed each other.
Is “The Chive” in any way related to “The Onion”?
I was at the Denver airport last year and hardly paid attention to the murals. What I did notice was the ugly ruination of the plains surrounding the airport with thousands of ugly solar panels. This was a leftard dream and also a big gov GOP glory.
A cold and foul degradation of beautiful land for a waste. Truly, I used to live out there and I was sickened by that ugly and cold airport.
