There is going to be a slight reduction in benefits offered through the ‘SNAP’ program. On average it will be a reduction of about 36 dollars per month.

I don’t think this will cause serious rioting, but since it is to be implemented nation wide at one time, it would be a perfect time for a ‘glitch’ that shuts the whole EBT system down.

Now THAT would start some actiity.
