Don’t they understand some people will not be able to afford the insurance only the penalty. According to the Calif exchange my premiums would be $1154.00 a month I don’t have it so I would have to pay the fine. Just because your adjusted gross income says you make so much that does not take into account taxes being with held, all of your household expenses at the end I just don’t have it. They should figure out what your salary is after tax if they did that I would be able to get subsidiaries. This whole thins is a bunch of crap.

Yeah, and Santa will hand-deliver the subsidy, while the Easter Bunny mows your yard and Thumbelina washes & details your car.

Not sure.

When I was a teenager I did not pay the IRS. They didn’t make a big deal about it. They just went to my bank account and withdrew the whole sum.

The bank informed me.

“The IRS cannot prosecute people who do not pay the fine.”

Given just recent history just how long before that is changed?

My blood just boils that I am FORCED to buy a product just because I was BORN in this country.

Bad enough I am forced to give Sand Ni$$er countries in the Middle East, who will turn on us in a nano-second, my hard earned dollars. Bad enough I am forced to pay for useless multi-generational Welfare parasites and leeches. Bad enough I am force to pay for food, education, health care, welfare for scum Criminal Trespassers entering from our Southern border.

This administration MUST be removed immediately and all the tentacles reaching down into the hundreds of government departments of this and that.

We’re not buying Obamacrap and we’re certainly not paying the IRS one. single. penny of any fine/penalty/tax.

THIS is where WE draw our ‘red line’.

Right. This is total BS. If you don’t have a tax refund coming you cannot be touched. The Obamacare law is pretty specific.

My guess is that very few people will sign up. The IRS will send out threatening letters full of illegal threats and if ignored nothing will happen.

No, but HHS can. They get to make up the rules as they go.

There's a LOT that the IRS "can't" do that it does anyway.
