So what your saying is all the processes of making paper would corrupt the final results if Obama’s birth certificate was tested to see if it is authentic ?

I think what I’m trying to tell you is that you do not understand what carbon dating is. You need to do some research.

Estimating Age
Carbon 14 reduces by half in 5,730 years. The difference between the measured amount of carbon 14 left in the sample and the amount in a living object shows the level of decay. This level then helps scientists estimate the age of the object studied. A sample showing only half of the carbon 14 in it as a similar living object would have gone through an entire half life, making the sample studied 5,730 years old. Decay over time makes the amount of carbon 14 in samples older than 50,000 difficult to ascertain, and other dating methods for those samples must be used.
