Well, I figure it will be another 18 months before I visit, so the plans may change several times. Who knows? By then, your house may have more room...such as, when large and larger male members find their ways in the world.

Life without Bill and Tom underfoot (and in the bathroom ...). I can only dream, but it might be only ten months away, if they will get their collective posteriors in gear.
