Yah. I made meatloaf yesterday, and now I’m waiting for lunch time so I can have a meatloaf sandwich! (Hurry, lunch!) ;o]
Well I’m back. 5mi round trip thru ghettotown to Winn Dixie, cool sunny beautiful.
Been walking 25-30mi/wk since 9/11/01 and I haven’t lost that much weight really...if my middle shrank slightly, my calves and legs and tush grew. So I wear the same size pants or else they split when I bend over for something.
Of course I can’t say enough about the health benefits. Lifesaver.
