Have y’all ever actually eaten one of those urban pigeons? I’ve heard different opinions re: feral pigs and only one unfavorable report on prairie dogs, but I don’t know anyone who actually has eaten a pigeon.
Actually I’ve eaten a few of them. The breasts are just like the dark meat on a turkey.
I had an “adventurous” youth.
And I can give a second VERY unfavorable report on prairie dogs.
