He abandoned his ex with their children to avoid child support.

After the requisite seven years, she had him declared legally dead.

The three years of waiting time after the declaration of death lapsed, and when he returned and tried to have
his bona fides reinstated, the judge said, “No” because the three year statute of limitations had expired.

The judge told him to his face that he was legally dead.

I cannot imagine how he will get by with no record of his being alive.

And obviously, he should have supported his kids and not abandoned the ex.

Get a job, bozo. Oh wait. He can’t. No social security number. So sad. Too bad.

Maybe he could go back to wherever he was for more than 10 years. Perhaps he'd moved to the Philippines and bought a "wife" ...
