Some episodes were well written.
Others were just plain stupid.
Gacknar was funny as everyone thought the “fear demon” was huge etc.
Turned out he was about the size of our summoned sea monsta facing of with the cat there.

Some episodes were well written. Others were just plain stupid.

Sounds like any long-running series, except the ones where every episode is stupid ;-). The thing about the "fear demon" is good psychology, though.
