I will try some orange-based cleaner I have at home. It will probably work better than Ammonia.

Ammonia is what makes pee smell...for cats and dogs, it is an attractant, not a deterrent! If a dog or cat smells ammonia that is not their own, their instinct is to cover it with their own, which obviously, is pleasing to them.
