We have a tuxedo kitteh, and he’s a very nice kitteh, “Lightning.” When there’s trouble, it’s not him. Usually it’s Fred the Insane or Thunder.
Thunder was up at midnight last night having a yowling fit because there’s a neighbor cat that keeps getting in our yard (our kittehs are indoor kittehs). I’ve been spraying repellant on the fence to no avail. I’m going to try Ammonia today. If I can’t get her to stop it, next week it’s the trap and a trip I never want to have to make.
I might make up some warning posters to put around the neighborhood. “I love kittehs, but not yours.”
To a cat, ammonia smells like a good place to pee. Just sayin’.
A deceased neighbor had a dog (since deceased) who loved to pee on my security door. I hated the guy and loathed his dog, as we have a leash law in Henderson that applies to dogs AND cats. I put in a written complaint every time I see an infraction. If I obey the laws, so should everyone else.
Anyway, i tried all the pet repellents but the only thing that helped was, believe it or not, orange-scented cleaners!
