No. I’m here. Just doing morning ablutions, which is usually enough exercise and effort to tempt me back to bed.
Eating my cereal now. Will that give me go power?
Good morning! Overcast here. Just emptied the dehumidifier reservoir.
The mind boggles. (Hate it when that happens.)
“Yooooooooourrrrr turtle is deeeeaaaaaad” The only thing that will fix this is a good rendition of “The Cat Came Back.”
For some reason my nook does not want to respond this morning. So this is my Beeber. The good thing is I don’t have to type. Bwahahaha.
Now I will have that ear worm forever.
Nully made it about 7 o’clock last night. What a charmer!
Whew! Thank you!
That’s absolutely hypnotic.
Back from the funeral. Nobody went to pieces, which was good, or the whole congregation would have! James and Pat were altar servers; James’s first time, and he didn’t have much idea what he was doing, but he looked very dignified. Frank had a good time with the babysitter. I’m sure Kathleen was fine, too, but Tom put her to bed as soon as he got home from school.
I’ll have to get her up before too long so we can go off to the next thing. Go to the Food Lion to get snacks for the Envirothon meeting; go to church, where the Envirothon team has an aquatic resources meeting; stop at the office for some miscellaneous paperwork; leave Tom and Pat; take remaining kids to Boy Scout store; come home and collapse. DP will pick Tom and Pat up on his way home from work.
I think I’ll pick up some Chinese food on my way home, because I don’t seem to have much of anything to make for supper.
Back from surgery. Strange! I can see very clearly with my right eye, now, without glasses!
Now, of course, i want to get the left one done asap!
Arrrgh ye wearin' yer eye patch, Bonnie?
Yes, they both are. A proper wood stove in the lower level, and a wood stove insert installed in the old main floor fire place. We use 12-15 face cords of wood every year.
How do you heat your place?
Good for you Face! How wonderful!
I’m sorry for your loss.
To be honest, when the power takes a dive, we bring in the kerosene heater. We contracted w/a local supplier to lease a propane tank to us, and we’ll live in the motor home if circumstances require. I wanted to get a titanium camping stove but, because of our limitations, it might be a while before we do so. Hugs to Marshall, to you and to yours! xoxo
Thank Heaven!
Someone had to post it (Title modification not approved by Johnny Nash)...
Now, of course, i want to get the left one done
For your left eye...
;-)
Congratulations on the vision! Maybe you could see the mythical Carolina Heelsplitter mussel. The Envirothon team and the guy from Catawba River Basin management didn’t find any!
