The interesting thing about jurisdictional arguments is that the US government has jurisdiction over any American anywhere, including the power to tax income earned by citizens residing outside of the United States.

It seems US jurisdiction travels with citizenship. Ted Cruz's mother carried US jurisdiction with her.

Yes, jurisdiction travels with citizenship, amd thats why a different one is undesirable in control of our military.

That’s how American citizenship works. That’s not how NBC works.
