Problem is Ted didn't have American parents, he had an American parent and a Cuban parent. IOW, less eligible than Obama. Cruz had American citizenship at birth. He was never naturalized. If he was not a natural born citizen, he would have had to have been naturalized years ago to be eligible to serve in the Senate. This didn't happen because his citizenship was intact from birth. Ted Cruz ia a natural born American.
