To: Cold Case Posse Supporter

Typically there is a requirement for a permit for a burial at sea. There is no record of such permit ever being granted or requested.
Hopefully this means she was flushed and put right were she belongs.

I’m sure that many peoples’ ashes are buried at sea without anyone bothering to get a permit.
