I have never observed a document where a signature starts above the actual name. Why would anyone sign Stanley
Anne Dunham-Obama???
I have some experience in this field and I would suggest that the end of the name would be “crammed” into a small space, NOT the beginning. Has this ever been looked into?

OT, with all the money being spent one would think they would finance Virginia’s family to obtain her BC. The could provide her legal assistance which is probably the most expensive part of the endeavor. Why has no one tried this? There are so many maybe’s in this case. Perhaps someone should get the brother to file in court. No standing issue would be apparent.

Baby Virginia's Death Certificate

Below is a portion of Virginia Sunahara's death certificate. Note that the birth certificate number and date are handwritten.

Not sure if that is significant or not.

Dean Haskins says the birth certificate would not have been transferred with Virginia to Kapi’olani, as Clara (the mother) was not transferred with Virginia.

The birth certificate was signed by both mother and delivery doctor, so it would have been done at Wahiawa General and then sent to the Department of Health. The death certificate would have been sent by Kapi’olani.

By law, the death certificate had to be processed within 3 days, and the birth certificate had to be processed within 7 days.

All processing was done at the DOH in Honolulu -- all numbers and dates are assigned there.
