What might those other 2 data elements be? Those elements would be amendments. An amended or late BC is required by HI law to be marked so.

So why wouldn't a certified BC be provided when it is reputedly posted on internet?

Do yourself a favor, Ray, and scroll back a bit. You are quoting verbatim an argument you made to me some time ago.

To be brief: The LoVs state specific facts. Those specific facts are presumed to be true.

The rest of the dance about “data elements” is irrelevant.
