Come on, CCPS, it takes more than word play to address this one.
The LFBC contains a statement saying that the President was born in Hawaii, and that DoH confirms that the official records also say that. Therefore, the statement in the COLB that the President was born in Hawaii is without question also in agreement with the official records. There’s no way around it.
You seem to have trouble understanding the fact that the Letters of Verification refer not to specific documents but rather to specific information.
