The Maricopa Cold Case Posse’ is registered as a 501c3 tax exempt non profit educational organization. It is a volunteer organization that is adjunct to statutory law enforcement.
When a law enforcement agency has 100% evidence of a felony, they turn that evidence over to the city, county or state’s prosecuting attorney for an indictment.
Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery has stated that evidence has been turned over to him.
It was you who in May posted the County Attorney’s letter to former Cold Case Posse’ member Brian Reilly in which the prosecutor stated that such evidence as he would need to proceed was not yet forthcoming from the sheriff’s department.
Montgomery said: “I will share with you, as well, that the criminal statute you cited in your message requires additional evidence that the MCSO investigation to date has not uncovered.”

Arpaio wants this before Congress. That is the route they are taking.
