A Certified Copy of the Original COLB is all that is required.
That has never been produced, because there is not one.
So they simply made one up in electronic format.
It may be a problem as simple as his name of record (but I doubt it). The State of HI Never Certified him eligible for the Office. It never happened. They mouthed legal weasel words to avoid doing it in writing.
This has been fraud since the beginning.
Either way, it would be good to force Hawaii to produce a document under court order and if they can’t produce a hard copy, then the whole world will know.
Hawaii has been saying since 2011 that the original long form Certificate of Live Birth is in the state Registrar’s office safe.
