The Cold Case Posse's investigation is about a forged birth certificate and the defrauding of the citizens of Maricopa County.
Anyone with an ounce of integrity and an IQ above room temperature knows the birth certificates are forgeries and he was not born in "Kap" hospital.
Those are lies and I believe that Zullo most likely has evidence (aside from the obvious stuff) to make his case.
His fake birth certificate(S) say he was born in "Kap" hospital. If he was not born there then he's a liar, a forger, a criminal. You don't get to just pass off forged documents.
It's not negative evidence. It's positive evidence. Just from the information we know there is evidence that it's a provable fact that his birth certificate(S) are forgeries. While it would be nice to get the true location and date of his birth --and I suspect it is a foreign birth or something even stranger -- this investigation is only square one.
He's a fraud. He's committed crimes to cover up exactly what (identity fraud, election fraud, fundraising fraud, money laundering, mail fraud, and usurping the highest office in the land)?
It has never been incumbent upon the people to prove where and when he was born. That duty fell directly on the USURPER and those with an official duty to uphold the law, the Constitution - and election ballot laws.
