Now Locking Your Car Doors Is Racist

My car door locks automatically when the car is put into drive. This has been a standard feature on most vehicles for a few decades. Once again Obama is a liar!

At least one of my cars would lock if you started the engine and then got out and accidentally shut the door, which is why I always carry two set of keys to this day. On the truck I have now they lock when you put it in gear like you say.

My own experience as a white guy? The only time I've been approached in my vehicle with any hostility was by another white guy. We resolved our differences verbally, though there was a very real threat made. (by me as it turns out)

I don't trust strangers, period. Doesn't matter what their age, race, gender etc. is. Anyone and everyone approaching me is evaluated. It is called situational awareness, being aware of your surroundings and the activities going on. It keeps you out of trouble.

I also answer the door armed. I approach the door armed - before I've even gotten a look at who is outside my door. Now lib lurkers, tell me how that is somehow racist when I don't even know who is at the door.

I've been listening to the “car doors locking and scared ladies on the elevator, etc.” blah-blah-blah with amazement. One guy called into a radio station and said that a lady he was stopped next to at a red light rolled up her window when she saw he was black. I was like...really, dude?

Thinking that normal every day events occur because of you and your race shows a level of paranoia and narcissism that defies logic, imho.

My car has an anti-black male device. Keeps doors locked when black men try to open it. It also has an anti-white male device. Works exactly the same way as the first device does. Also has an anti-Hispanic device. Works the same way.

When I was 19 I taught Water Safety and First Aid classes to Job Core members (on campus). One evening I was threatened at my car by an angry Job Core student. He was a 30 year old black man. He scared the daylights out of me and bruised my arm black and purple where he grabbed me to pull me out of the car and pin me against it. All he did was scream in my face until my co-worker heard the yelling, ran up and scared him off.

My car door now has the auto lock feature but you better believe I learned to lock it when I got in. I even double and triple check it when strangers get close. And if I offend anyone that sees me do it... too damn bad. Screw you.

Whenever I have to drive in the city I always say “Hello!” to black passers-by by clicking my car doors over and over again.
