“Whose behalf is she acting on?”
Given the fact that Pam Bondi assigned her dear friend, Angela Corey to the case, my assumption is the paperwork will be ‘filed for review the day after the “Twelvth of Never”.
Bondi may be blonde, but she is not stupid.
Having said the above, I do wonder why Bondi didn’t require a Grand Jury indictment? Could Obama/Holder said “Want a - State or Federal trial?”
Sorry, but this is just nuts. Orly has a remarkable knack for approaching vitally important issues in the least effective way possible. These complaints are surely valid and on GZ’s radar, but Orly’s involvement can accomplish nothing legally, other than to muddy the waters. Others have said she was an agent provocateur, and I have not believed them. But this could be the tipping point for me.
“Orly Taitz”
She has no standing other than grandstanding.
I don’t think she’s an agent provocateur. I think she truly believes in all of the cases she brings. She’s just unbelievably incompetent, and kind of crazy to boot.
It is a shame that is all we have fighting for us. Conservatives, get the damn Senate and keep the House. Filing this crap gets us nowhere.
A reasonable and benevolent theory. I remain uncertain.
Her own, of course. Who else would be loony enough to hire her?
Standing is required for a civil procedure. This is a criminal complaint. Or is supposed to be.
So...she’s asking the state Attorney General to file criminal charges alleging violations of federal Constitutional protections. Did this woman sleep through her entire time in law school?
Angela Corey
Judge Nelson
Your government officials in action..
If I was O’Mara, I would kindly ask her to step aside. The last thing we need is an orly circus for something this important. If she doesn’t go quietly, file an injunction.
Ditto that. Good idea.
LOL! I only slept during class once, and the prof generously did not call on me, though my classmates were somewhat entertained. Crim law too. Argh!
On the other hand I might pay money to watch Orly and O'Mara fight for the camera's attention.
Nearly all the evidence except the testimony of one monster hippopotamus by the name of DeeDee exonerated Zimmerman.
I've said it before, Zimmerman was a hero to the community and got rid of its resident evil by killing Trayvon Martin.
Martins mother must have been a real b itch. His father changed his testimony after she came around. Imagine being afraid of someone you are divorced from.
