That is what happens when anyone is raised without moral standards, discipline or decent role models.
A good number of people of all races are able to pull themselves out of it and into the larger community, but it is harder for young black men, because they have been indoctrinated with so many excuses as to why it is *not* their fault, and they do not have to take any responsibility for their actions.
