that's a shame...They call that the “Rosemary District” now. Pseudo-artists with lots of money and no talent have turned that area into a fake artists’ colony. Trying to re-create what all those real artists did in 19th and 20th century Europe, before the communists and the nazis chased them out or killed them. The real artists avoid them, because they are so phony.
