In fact, for an example of the level of competence of Arpaio's "experts," look at what 4Zoltan just posted:

Here’s the problem, all of the so-called experts have said that it is impossible to simply scan a document into a computer and get these types of layers with these properties. In fact, the CCP’s experts have said that MRC cannot create multiple 1-bit layers with one 8-bit layer. This blogger and the other person seemed to have shown that in fact just scanning a document on a Xerox WorkCentre 7655 or 7535 will create the artifacts.

So once again, another in a very long list of birther claims - this time one by Arpaio's "experts" - completely fails to pan out.

Or, to put it another way, turns out to be FALSE.

When claim after claim after claim turns out to be false or unsupportable, that's a pattern. And it indicates the thing you're trying to prove almost certainly is false to start with.

The guys who attempted the experiment with the Xerox WorkCentre 7655 or 7535 have admitted they can’t duplicate Obama’s birth certificate and the problems associated with it. They also admit they lack the credentials in computer expertise and forensic documentation attestations compared to court recognized expert Reed Hayes from Hawaii. Like you, they lack credibility.
