I love a good ZOT! as much as anyone. But the n00b responded politely and I know that there's a time lag on new account responses for review purposes.

If he's true to his word, doesn't pimp his stuff and contributes substance, then I'll withdraw my initial suspicions.

(I was just a bit put off by the "sign up today, excerpt a self-authored article and no reply" thing.)
