If you think this will finally shut Rove up about Christine O’Donnel losing you are mistaken.
“If you think this will finally shut Rove up about Christine ODonnel losing you are mistaken.”
You were thinking about the same campaign I was thinking about as I read this article. You are right, Rove and his squadron of R party leaders can’t admit they might not fully understand the challenges they face. The O’Donnell candidacy should have taught them a few things.
Here is what Rove and his buddies should consider as they ponder their loss. Running on the same platform as your opponent will not make you stand out as a candidate. You may still lose but you will get more votes if you are distinguishable. Also, if you don’t have a media to get your message to voters, you can’t get votes, period. Finally, now that the federal gov’t is basically a one-party gov’t throughout the branches, there isn’t much need for election consultants or opposing points of view. Rove and the pundits won’t be getting as many job offers.
