Traitor or hero, Sarah Palin is right.

I’m on the fence regarding if the man is a traitor or not. Depends on what else he blows the whistle about but that does not justify spying on every American while purposely ignoring Mosques and Islamic radicals such as the Boston Islamic terrorists.

Good for Gov Palin

So many are siding with Obama on the NSA spying. This issue is way beyond Snowden

Until the citizens accept that Congress is responsible, this issue is going nowhere.

Blaming the NSA is no different than blaming the gun.

Good for Sarah Ping!

Snowden is actually the least important part of this story.

What matters is the Robot Police actually DO collect (not necessarily read) EVERYTHING electronic.

How is it possible to betray a government which has already betrayed everyone it claims to represent?

Loyalty is a two way street, and if it is anything other than that, then it does not exist.

A traitor is someone who claims the country is at war, while at the same time refusing to close the countries borders. If this country is at war, as Cheney claims, the border has to be closed. No exceptions. No questions. No excuses.

As much as I like Sarah Palin, and know how good she would have been for this country, how she right on point she can be, she is done politically and is no longer relevant and being taken seriously. Too much pop crap she's exposed herself to and her family to.
Celebrity Wife Swap really? Dancing With Stars?
Whenever I see her name in the news now, I ignore it.

She got it right.

As Snowden said in his initial interview at that luxurious Hong Kong hotel, our taxpayer dollars have funded a turnkey tyranny system:

The greatest fear that I have regarding the outcome for America of these disclosures is that nothing will change. People will see in the media all of these disclosures. They'll know the lengths that government is going to to grant themselves powers, unilaterally, to create greater control over American society and global society. But they won't be willing to take the risks necessary to stand up and fight to change things, to force their representatives to actually take a stand in their interests. And in the months ahead, the years ahead, it's only going to get worse. Until, eventually there will be a time where policies will change because the only thing that restricts the activities of the surveillance state are policy. Even our agreements with other sovereign governments, we consider that to be a stipulation of policy rather than a stipulation of law. And, because of that, a new leader will be elected. They'll flip the switch. And they'll say that, because of the crisis, because of the dangers that we face in the world, some new and unpredicted threat, we need more authority, we need more power, and there will be nothing the people can do at that point to oppose it. And it will be turnkey tyranny.
Now, given what we know about the IRS's priorities in the 2010 and 2012 cycles, what do you suppose might happen if Zero (or, God forbid, another 'Rat successor) figures out how to turn the key Snowden exposed?
